Laurie does a great job of tactfully and gingerly telling you what you need to do to sell your home. She is only wanting to help you, the seller. She came by my house and gave me a room-by-room, step-by-step process to follow, with recommendations for things that needed to be purchased, people who could help me with services I needed done and the offer of her own hands- on assistance in getting the steps done.
